Kevin Palisi is Founder and Managing Director of Ancora Search, a retained executive search firm focused on the recruitment of senior executives and physician leaders in life sciences, healthcare services and related industries.
Prior to Ancora, Mr. Palisi served as a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Stamford office and was a member of the Global Healthcare Services Practice. Previously, he served as Director of Talent Acquisition for Magellan Health, a national specialty health services company with businesses in Behavioral Health Management, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Radiology Benefit Management, and integrated Health Insurance Plans. Mr. Palisi led physician and clinical leadership recruitment across all divisions and oversaw key executive searches.
Prior to Magellan, Mr. Palisi worked for Korn/Ferry International as a member of the Life Science practice based in New York City and later in the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice based in Stamford CT. Mr. Palisi successfully conducted executive searches for both public and private companies including multiple Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and other operational and commercial roles.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Palisi served as Practice Director for a boutique executive search firm where he built the firm’s Life Science and Healthcare practice. Mr. Palisi holds a B.A. and MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven. He is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
